PROCESSING & SHIPPING

At Fred & Freckle, we aim to get your artwork to you safely and efficiently, no matter where you are in the world.

PROCESSING TIME

As a print-on-demand studio, we do not carry stock unless otherwise noted on the item or it's an item listed as ready to ship. Each piece is made to order with care and attention, which means processing times vary depending on the artwork type:

Prints: 3–6 business days
Limited Edition Prints: 6–10 business days (to allow for printing, signing, and numbering)
Original Paintings: 1–3 business days (usually ready to ship)

Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive tracking details as soon as it’s on the way.


SHIPPING PROVIDERS

We work with a range of trusted shipping partners and always select the quickest and most cost-effective option based on your location. This includes major carriers such as Australia Post, DHL, FedEx, and local couriers when applicable.


SHIPPING TIMES

All prints are made to order. Please see above for processing times plus additional time for delivery based on your region. Please allow a total of 3 weeks for your order to be processed, printed and delivered, especially in the instance of gifts to avoid disappointment. 

Shipping times are calculated at check-out.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. For rural areas across Australia there may be further delays to our delivery timeframes. Please contact us if you would like further information or assistance with delivery timeframes.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and packaging type (rolled vs framed).


PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

For orders including 'ready to ship' items, your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.


TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your door.


DELIVERY NOTES

We do not ship to PO Boxes for framed artwork.
Framed prints may arrive separately from other items if fulfilled by a local partner.
Signature may be required on delivery for high-value orders.


CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order please contact our team straight away by clicking here.

We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order once it has been processed by our team, however we will do our best to assist if there has been a mistake.
