ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Prints: Returnable within 14 days of receiving your order.
Limited Edition Prints: Eligible for exchange or store credit only unless damaged or faulty on arrival.
Original Paintings: Due to their bespoke nature, original works are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty on arrival.
All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email info@fredandfreckle.com with your order number and reason for the return. If your item arrived damaged, please include clear photographs for verification. - Return Approval
Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. - Shipping Your Return
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If applicable, shipping fees will be reimbursed once we receive and inspect the return.
We recommend using a trackable service, as we can’t guarantee receipt otherwise. - Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. - Exchanges & Store Credit (Limited Editions only)
If you're exchanging a Limited Edition print or would prefer store credit, simply follow the same return steps above. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we’ll issue your credit or confirm your exchange.
