How long will it take to recieve my order?
All prints are made to order, unless they’re part of our Ready to Ship collection.
MADE TO ORDER PRINTS

Standard Shipping : 2–5 business days
Open Edition Prints ship from the country of purchase to ensure the quickest delivery times possible.
We recommend allowing up to 3 weeks total for your order to arrive (production + shipping). You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way.

How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $200.
We also offer discounted shipping rates for our International customers.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and whether your print is framed. We always aim to select the most cost-effective and reliable shipping option, often shipping with DHL, Australia Post, TNT/Fedex or UPS.
Can I pick up my order locally?
For Limited Edition Prints and Original Paintings, we offer local pick-up for customers in Perth, Western Australia.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@fredandfreckle.com within 48 hours, including photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
What's the difference between open and limited edition prints?
Open Edition Prints are unlimited in quantity, not signed or numbered, and always available. They’re a more affordable and accessible option for everyday enjoyment.
Limited Edition Prints are produced in a fixed quantity (e.g 20 per size and material), hand-signed and numbered by the artist, and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. Once sold out, they won’t be reprinted, making them more collectible. Limited Edition Prints are reserved for collaborations with other businesses, individuals and brands.
Print prices reflect whether the artwork is part of an open or limited edition.
Are the prints framed?
Open Edition Prints are available framed or unframed. Framed versions use lightweight acrylic instead of glass for safety and ease of shipping.
Limited Edition Prints and Original Paintings are sold unframed unless otherwise stated. We can help coordinate custom framing upon request.
Do you ship glass?
No — we use acrylic for framed open edition prints and recommend local framing for paper-based Limited Editions, to avoid the risks of shipping glass.
Can my order be sent directly to a framer?
Absolutely. Just enter your framer’s name and delivery address at checkout, and let them know to expect a delivery from Fred & Freckle.
Are your prints signed?
Limited Edition Prints are stamp-signed, numbered, and include a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Open Edition Prints are not signed or numbered.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship Open Edition Prints to Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, France and New Zealand.
We can ship our Limited Edition Prints globally, however shipping fees and wait times do apply.
Can I update my shipping address once I've ordered?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@fredandfreckle.com with your order number and updated address. Once an order has been dispatched, we can’t guarantee address changes.
Can I return my order?
Open Edition Prints can be returned within 14 days.
Limited Editions are eligible for exchange or store credit.
Original Paintings are non-refundable unless damaged in transit (please contact us within 48 hours with photos).
